I was instantly disappointed in the room! Scratch marks all over the bathroom door when we entered, smudges on the walls. That remark took us back, but not as much as when we got to our room. The agent that checked us in told us that even though we were staying 2-nights, there would be no turndown service, trash removal or replacing towels, and if we wanted any towels we would have to call down to the front desk. The desk representatives seemed unkind and seemed as if they did not want to be there or help customers. We got the King Eagles Nest patio room (which is one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel). It was the worst choice we could have made.
My family stayed here for 2 nights, the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving.
